I was going to mention this a little while ago, but I forgot. I was testing out a function with the company website that lets users submit new technical support cases via the Web. Nothing fancy, but I needed to see it myself in order to document the process properly. So I created a new case with a ridiculous description, using my own account. This user account is strictly for internal users. Then, because I was still playing around with it, I added a comment to the case, and then forgot about it. The next day, I got an automated e-mail from the system telling me that one of the floor supervisors had entered a new comment in the case. "Oho! What fun!", I figured. "He must be playing along with my stupid little joke." I opened up the case to see what new hilarity lay within. My jaw dropped when I saw this:
