Also, it apparently replaces an earlier <a href'="http://www.fas.org/irp/offdocs/pdd/pdd-67.htm" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">directive from 1998</a>, the details and working summary of which have never been released, so far all we know, the language in the latest Directive is actually milder. I mean, I doubt that, since our beloved criminal oligarchy has never been once seen to relinquish the merest iota of power once they've seized it, but without the facts before me I couldn't really rant about it with conviction.
