I asked him about his weirdest experience. He told me about the increasing incidences of employees' parents coming in to discuss issues about their kid. He relayed one chilling story: They'd fired a teen for continued lazy work effort. Shortly after his dismissal, the kid's firey mom arrived, arguing in defense of their kid as if they had no right to fire him and that they were doing irreparable harm to his value as a human. She even threatened a slander lawsuit. At the end of her rant, all he said was, "I have no legal obligation to discuss anything about your son ma'am.
